DIY Hot Glue Bowl

Got a few minutes to spare? Or maybe you are desperately needing a little bowl to store some craft or sewing supplies! Then this hot glue bowl tutorial is a cool, neat project to make!
I used a glue gun, hot glue sticks, a bowl as a base and spray paint. I made 2 bowls, one red and one golden which served well as my daughter's new favorite crown!
I made circles all around the bowl I used as a "mold"
then some diagonal lines to join the circles.
Since I wasn't very experienced in using a glue gun for such fine projects I decided to go with a simple design so I only added some scallops at the rim
Sprayed some paint and my bowl was ready to use

I Would like to find a “ beachy “ turquoise color and add it to a boring planter .

I would also like to know the process of removing the glue from the bowl. Did you prep the bowl prior to adding the glue?

Frequently asked questions
Have a question about this project?
I saw someone make an Eiffel tower using glue gun and glue sticks then paint it black. Do you find the glue sturdy enough? Do you make it thick?
So how does it come off the bowl?
So what did the bowl look so what did the mole look like after it was finished
