The Makings of a Gallery Wall

Gallery walls - my new obsession! I could look at gallery walls for hours, I think. I love seeing what people gather or collect and use to decorate their homes. This is the first gallery wall I've put together consciously. I took awhile to collect everything and spent time arranging my items to fit into my desired space.
After "collecting" everything - most items came from Hobby Lobby and Goodwill - I traced each item with craft paper so I had a stencil of each piece. I also marked where nails should go to help me avoid hammering nails into a zillion different spots before I got it right.
I ended up spray painting the mirror and round tin plate and glued the twigs into the empty white frame (thanks, mom!) before hanging them up.

Melissa B on Feb 18, 2016Looks wonderful! My last gallery wall ended up with me in the ER and hubby finishing it. Used old Christmas paper (turned over) as templates.
