I found an old wood table at goodwill for just $3 and knew it had potential. I am so happy with the way this table turned out! I had been looking for a nightstand that I could refinish and add some functionality, so when I found this wood table at Goodwill for a mere $2.99 (marked down 3 times!) I knew it would be perfect.
I started by sanding the table and then priming it and spray painting.
I then used a spray polyurethane satin to add some protection the the finish. Then the magic - I drilled a large hole into the back of the drawer to feed charging cords through.
The end result is a beautiful and fully functional end table that cost less than $15 for everything!
