Flowery Napkin Holders

All we need are plastic spoons, forks, scissors, candles, and a glue gun...
All you need is in the photo above: plastic spoons and forks, scissors, glue gun, & a candle. See steps below for further instructions...
Follow these instructions to create a rose spoon flower- steps 1-4.

You can use a candle to heat the spoon, and shape it into the desired petal shape. Once finished shaping, you can cut the handle off and glue 12-13 petals to form the flower (or make even more petals to form a larger flower).
Just follow these photos 1-5 to create the stand (again, using a candle to heat the plastic).... then glue gun the flower to the stand ( By the way, if you can't find spoons in the desired color, just buy plain white spoons & fork, make it into a flower, then get spray paint and paint to whatever color you want.
Here's the finished product of my napkin holder project :)

In this case, I took plain white spoons & forks, made them into the flowery napkin holders, and lastly I painted with spray paint in a color to match the placemat settings.
What a beautiful table setting for Spring and Summer!
Here's some of different colors of napkin holders I made... give it a try!

God bless!

I am inspired. I never throw plastic spoons, knives or forks away. I rewash them in the dishwasher. I will have plenty for this project but not too many colors. What a great idea for Christmas gifts.

I think using old metal forks would make these much more long lasting and the flower could be the color with silver of the fork an lovely accent for any table. I love your idea.
