Advanced Build A Pond Day June 20th 2013. We installed this water feature as part of a training seminar for the Certified Aquascape Contractor program. We installed four waterfall spillways, a 12x12 pond w/ reverse edge into an 1500 gallon rainwater harvesting system. This feature also has a 4x6 wetland filtration system that spills into the fourth spillway stream and dumps into the basin. We used 22 tons of mountain sandstone, 8 tons of local brownstone, 4 tons of weathered limestone, 2 tons of wall stone, 7.5 tons of river gravel, and 5 tons of sand for the basin. Sustainability Aquascape style! We did this project in 3 1/2 days!
