We are blessed with a detached garage. I wanted to make it my workshop, but needed some workspace. I made 10 workbenches, at varying heights in order to be able to work!
I made 10, so my cost was $150. I'd say that averages to about $15 a table. You need five 8' 2 x 4s to make one.
