No Sew Upholstered Chair Makeover

Go from boring beige to beautiful blue Ikat with a stencil! That's right, not one single stitch used to makeover this chair!
Using one Americana Decor stencil and just two small bottles of paint I was able to transform this boring chair into something amazing. More photos below!

I would love to try this but my chair has Upholstery that has a small design in the fabric. The chair is like new but the colors are very outdated. HELP! Any ideas are appreciated!
