I loved your calm voice and detailed instructions. You gave me the confidence to try this by remaining calm and continuing to move forward when the alignment was difficult. Always take the light switch covers off before wallpapering.
That way you need to cut only a little circle around the protruding outlets. Simple screw the cover back on over the paper once the paper has dried.
It's a lot easier, and more forgiving, than cutting against the edge of the cover.
