I created these to add to my Cinco de Mayo party but honestly fell in love and will use these for other parties as well. It's so awesome what you can do with a toilet paper roll haha! These didn't cost me a thing since I had everything on hand already. Let's get started!
Gather your materials: Ryobi glue gun, scissors, tissue paper and a toilet paper roll.
Stack and cut your tissue paper so this moves a little bit quicker.
Cut your toilet paper roll in half!
Fold your tissue paper strand in half.
Cut your fringe prior to gluing it on!
Glue your strands of tissue on and stack them on top of one another as you go.

I think this would be a cute idea at Christmas with Christmas print tissue paper and tissue paper in Christmas colors.
