You can put a long bookcase in between their beds to cut the room in two. It'll let them each have their own space while still sharing a room. Also bookcases are awesome
You could also hang a curtain that can slide open and shut. Or hang beads along the ceiling.

Buy a ceiling curtain track kit (very affordable) and hang sheets or shower curtains to divide the room. The curtain can easily be opened up or closed for privacy
