This is an easy and super FUN way to personalize a wedding gift.
Print a monogram with a regular ink jet or laser printer. I used Publisher to create this one, but you could use PicMonkey or any other program that you would like. Print the image in reverse.
Remember back in the old days we used this method in elementary school? Trace over the image with a pencil, scribble the entire back of the image so it transfers onto the wood. Or just use some transfer paper if you have it!
You can see the logo if you squint.
I used an inexpensive woodburning tool that I got at JoAnn with my 40% off coupon. I think they are about $10.
I just used the pointed tip to trace over my lines. Are you dying to see the finished product? Tune into my Hometalk LIVE! show on July 7th at 5pm Eastern!
