DIY Eco Food Wrap in Just 2 Minutes!
This cloth is very expensive to buy, but you can do it yourself in less than 2 minutes! All you need is some cloth and beeswax. Then you iron it on!
Get all materials for this project:
Step 1: Take the 100% natural cloth (linen or cotton, or use the old bed linen or t-shirt). For this quick project, I took my old 100% cotton t-shirt (washed )
You also will need 100% natural Bees Wax
Step 2: Grate the wax on a thin grater
Step 3: Then cut a piece of cloth (any size and shape) and place it on parchment paper
Step 4: Dust the piece of cloth with finely grated wax
Step 5: And then cover with another piece of parchment paper.
Step 6: Iron it on low-medium heat until melting of the wax (try to spread it evenly)
Step 7: Let it cool down...
Step 8: Peel off parchment paper.
Voila!
Ta-da-h! These can be used and reused! They are also eco friendly!
Clean if needed by wiping using cold (warm-like) water and soap and re-use :) I hope you enjoyed, give it a try!

Sooo much cheaper than buying them, and so easy to do. Especially if you buy the beeswax pellets so you don't have to do all the heating.

Frequently asked questions
Have a question about this project?
Do you only need to put the bees wax on one side?
When I click the amazon link for the cloth, it shows me tension rods. Is there a preferred cloth that works better than just t-shirts?
How do you store them?
