No, they are not in normal doses as long as you are an otherwise healthy adult . So called "natural pain relievers" are not regulated for purity and dosage by anyone and can be dangerous if taken with other medications . Please call your doctor and speak with the nurse before taking anything besides Tylenol .
My kidney doctor says all NSAIDS including Tylenol is bad for your kidneys. That includes cough syrups and any "plus" medicines, too. All carbonated drinks, dark fruit juices, grapefruit, and a whole long list can affect your kidneys. So don't touch them unless your doctor says it's okay. Best wishes 😇
