If the moisture is inbetween the glass, and you cant wipe it off. Yes the only thing you can do is replace the doo.
It can be fixed but sometimes (depending on where you live), fixing is almost the same price as a new door. Do you know the manufacturer of the door?
We had Andersen windows with that problem and we just had to have them replaced. The seal is broken.
How old is the door?It sounds like broken seals but it will be to your benefit if you have the paper work on it to call the manufacturer

If the moisture is in between the panes glass, then the seal has broken and the argon gas has escaped. It then cannot be fixed. You can keep using it - but it should be on your list to be replaced.
