I am partly disabled and unable to bend down. How can I plant tomatoes

Use large containers with drainage holes on plant stands

make a bed of about 6" of mulch and plant tomato plant in it.

They have deck gardens, that can be built as tall as you want them

Can you use an old stand or bench to plant them in pots? That is what I do, I even add the tomato cages. Tomatoes love heat so put them where they will get lots of sunshine and heat.

Since the sun is 93,000,000 miles away, 30" rise in elevation won't affect growth measurably, so set up a folding table in your sunniest location and plant and work the garden at waist level! Sound good?

Plant in big pots on a table. I did that the years I had my back surgeries and couldn't bend.

You can grow tomatoes in planter containers, placing them on higher ground or surfaces. Tomatoes can also grow upside down, hanging from a wall, fence, etc.

Grow in wast high Pots or Beds.........

Consider growing cherry tomatoes in a pot. You can get rolling things (can't think of the term) to move the plants around if needed. Also Google adaptive gardening tips.
