We use plastic pin-wheels, whirly-gigs. Just poke the wire stem into the ground and the moles will go away. You will need several.
You might try trap cages.

We had moles. We tried poison pellets (we have dogs, too, and I didn't like the idea of poison....) tried sticking a hose in the gopher hole and turned on the water, but to no avail. We finally bought these gopher traps. You dig into the mound where they come up, and expose the two tunnels. Arm this trap and place it in the hole. It's best to get two traps so you can put one in either hole. Cover your dug out area with a trash can lid, or something like that, since the tunnels need to be dark. It won't be long....you'll hear the snap. (I guess they're curious about what you were doing to their tunnel....)Then go and uncover your hole and fish out the deceased gopher in the trap. Bought ours on amazon.... https://www.amazon.com/ALEKO-2CH617-Animal-Metal-Gopher/dp/B01LBMKY6U/ref=sr_1_16?ie=UTF8&qid=1516053971&sr=8-16&keywords=mole+traps
