Check and see if you can access that corner from the next cabinet or from under the sink... I have seen organizers that can be added that allows for a pullout especially designed for that area (IKEA may have what your are looking for) the one I have seen has slide out baskets on tracks... one pull forward out of the cabinet and the one in the corner pulls or slides into the space behind the one that pulls forward...giving access to the stuff in the corner...
Try a Google search: corner cabinet organizers... and see where it leads
Get a couple of those cheapo battery touch to turn on lights. They actually do help.
I have the same problem and what I did and do is put things I don't use way back in there and for the top shelf I got some plastic tubs like for my left over containers and lids and put them all together in one so to slide out when needed same with can goods. I did this under my sink also. .awesome so clean
Hope you get some ideas
Baskets will do the job..............
Yup, get some battery-powered tap lights. They’re cheap. Velcro them inside the cabinets, including the top, so they’re easily recharged.
Depending on what you’re storing, make “risers” with a cut piece of 2x4” or 4”x6” for some height in the back, so you can see what’s back there. Then buy your baskets, and/or a couple of “bathroom” lazy susans for the front. Modify a dollar store hanging shoe bag to hang on the inside of the door for whisks or Worcester sauce.
I actually had a lazy Susan for a corner cabinet and hated it as whatever I put in there will eventually fall out when it spun around inside when I was looking for something else. Real pain! I ended up putting in shelves instead and using it to store pots and pans, instead of using as a pantry (the contents will get stuck in the back, making me to crawl waaay back to the corner to get what ever I needed out). My thinking was that the pot or pan had handles that made it easier to get it out.
Check out the kitchen cabinet accessory area at your hardware store or if you're lucky a re-purpose store which may have these types of shelves on rollers available to fit the cabinet.
