I'm not 100% sure what your question is, but, I can tell you that I use Swiffer. I sweep the floor well, vacuum the corners and edges if needed with my hand vac. Then I mop the floor spraying moving forward and then not spraying moving it back towards me. I try to overlap just a tiny bit so that I don't miss any of the floor. If its the kind where you just add a pad, I use the Dollar Tree wet wipes for washing in the blue soft pak, and a spray bottle with soap and water if extra moisture is need. They also carry packs of Swiffer wet wipes, 10 for $1. If you have the type of Swiffer that has the bottle attached, I brought mine at a second hand store, the jets were clogged, and I ran them under hot water. Also discovered it needs 4 AA batteries. then your good to go, just squeeze the trigger.
Do you mean a Swiffer ??? What are your flors made of ??? Not all floors are created equal—in fact, different surfaces require different cleaning techniques to get best results
I don't have a swiffer as it is just one more thing to store. After many years I have decided the simplest way for me (but in a house with 2 adults and no pets) is this: I sweep the floor thoroughly and then I get a bucket of water or maybe half a bucket, I may add a little Murphy's oil soap or maybe not (I am not too fussy as any messes we would have cleaned up anyway) then I take one or more of my collection of old terry cloth rags. . . all white. I throw it in the bucket and depending on how long the floor can remain not walked on, I wring out the cloth completely or less so. I then push the cloth around with an implement that has some width to it, (maybe about 6" or so and roundish or squarish) do about a 4' section. I repeat this until the floor is done. Empty and rinse out the bucket, wring out the cloth(s) let them dry and throw them in the laundry with like cloths and then launder when I have a load. NOthing to buy to use this method.
Every time I clean my mirrors, they end up having tons of streaks and almost look worse than before I started. What could I use to clean them that won't leave streaks...

I meant of course above, that the head of the implement is 4 or 6 inches. It has a handle like a broom
