Hi there, you can build an easy fence out of pallets, here's a pic and how to. https://morningchores.com/pallet-fence/
Put up a lattice fence with a 2X4 frame. It can be either wood or plastic.
unfortunately a fence wont solve your problem - leaves blow and drop from above
Wouldn't it be wonderful to have a solution for that? We don't have any trees in our back yard, have a pool, and we are taking out leaves constantly in the fall from the neighbors old oak trees.
Metal Mesh on a roll...............Or artificial leave hedge that is on an expanding trellis.........
Here are some more easy ideas for you!

I would put up one of those poly fences.... http://www.truevalue.com/catalog/search.cmd?form_state=searchForm&hardwarianState=2&keyword=poly+mesh+fencing they also carry small metal posts
For cheap, buy silt fencing, used by builders around a work site to keep the bare soil from washing away. It’s usually orange or green. It does the job. ☺️
I have the same problem every year. My neighbors refuse to rake their leaves blocking both my doors and filling my garage. The fool told me ( those are probably mine since you don't have any trees ) then tells me he hires guys to clean them for 80.00. I'm sure as heck ain't paying for his nasty ways. Today the wind is blowing like crazy so I went outside and raked them where they'd blow back in his yard. I'm fed up what this
Hello Yea297...., I think you could reduce the leaves with a temporary fence like they use in construction, the orange ones that you can just roll up for the season, It is pretty cheap to purchase

i dont think you can really do that 100 % Most of those leaves are blown to your yard by wind ..lol
