Eye-Popping Popcorn Balls

These Eye Popping Popcorn Balls are perfect for give-a-way treats, a party or just to give to friends or neighbors. They don’t just work for Halloween either… they would work great for a monster themed party for the office or kids!
Gather your basic supplies, which is tissue paper, construction paper, glue and scissors. Easy peasy!

Cut out the tissue paper circles to make the eyes.
Measure and cut the orange tissue paper into 13" squares which will hold a 3" to 4" popcorn ball.
Layer and glue on the eye parts into the center of the orange square. The orange wrapping piece and the large white of the eye is tissue paper. The rest is thin construction paper. (more info on our post)
These are now ready to wrap.
Whip up a batch of caramel corn. We have a wonderful HEALTHY RECIPE HERE if you need one.
Wrap each ball in plastic wrap and place it in the center of the orange square.
