A simple frame for fall to display seasonal messages.
I started with a thrift store frame and some chicken wire ribbon I had in my craft stash.
I disassembled the frame and painted the wood with a light gray chalk paint. Using a wire cutters I cut 3 pieces of chicken wire ribbon to add to the back of my frame.
I used a staple gun to secure the chicken wire ribbon to the back of the wood frame.
This chicken wire frame can be used to display photos, cards or messages. I grabbed a couple of die cut labels and used markers to write fall messages on them. Mini clothespins attach the labels to the chicken wire. These can be changed for the season and the neutral colors make this frame easy to use year round.
