Is it possible to care for and grow roses during fall and winter?
My sister gave me some “miniature” roses and I was wondering what I could do to care for them during the autumn and winter months. What must I do, if it is at all possible, to ensure, and or, enhance their growth during the coming cold season?

How to Grow Mini Roses Indoors
Hey there, we love our miniature roses too. They have such beautiful and abundant blooms! They will do great outside in fall and winter but will go dormant. Bushes need their dormant times to rejuvenate and get ready to bloom for you all summer. One thing we do is feed them banana peels (they love potassium and banana peels as well as the fruit are full of potassium). Once or twice a year we also feed ours with 2 Tbsp of epsom salts and even a dash of Miracle Gro for roses and other bushes. Hope this helps. By very late winter or very early spring you might prune them back to shape and get rid of and dead stems. Hope this helps!
I have these in pots in my home.
They have not stopped blooming since spring.
I’m a keep my new kitchen window where they get lots of sun. I do pinch off the spent blooms.
I just love them.
Can you bring them in for the winter?
