Bleach kills moss.
Power washing can help. Maybe move the driveway to the sunny side of the yard.
Vinegar is what I use for weed abatement. Environmentally friendly.
A mixture of one cup salt, one cup vinegar to one gallon water in a garden sprayer. Saturate the moss a bricks. Once killed, sweep or power wash and sweep sand into the crevices.

White Vinegar can also be used to kill weeds in the garden/flower beds. We don't even bother to dilute it. It is really cheap - especially compared to something like Roundup.
