Hi , you can buy a grow light , made especially for plants !
I just keep mine watered and in sunlight.
Remember to water them less by not dry out.
water less, just keep moist......... lights are great but not all of us can afford them. mine do ok without them.
you can buy really affordable light bulbs either full spectrum or just daylight bulbs online Amazon is good place to get them. if you keep plants by window may consider putting up plastic or even blanket to protect from cold.Covering window with blanket & using lights will be best protection 4pk bulbs for 16.99$ https://www.amazon.com/Spectrum-Greenhouse-Seedling-Flowering-Lighting/dp/B07638DYBT/ref=sr_1_27?s=hi&ie=UTF8&qid=1543777605&sr=1-27&keywords=full%2Bspectrum%2Bgrow%2Bbulbs&th=1 HERE'S 5 pk of fixtures to hold bulbs https://www.amazon.com/Wallniture-Hanging-Lantern-Pendant-Extension/dp/B01GU7R3C4/ref=sr_1_6?ie=UTF8&qid=1543778068&sr=8-6&keywords=DIY+pendant+light+kits I just hang pendant lights from curtain rod or use plant hooks or in ceiling OR THESE WORK WELL TOO little more $$ but can put on ceiling wall or floor https://www.amazon.com/Satco-Products-SF77-394-Multi-Purpose/dp/B001PICIEM/ref=sr_1_6?ie=UTF8&qid=1543778335&sr=8-6&keywords=floor+or+wall+can+light+fixtures depends how many plants you have but you may only need a couple of the fixtures it will tell you coverage on bulbs so you can figure out how many you need these all come from Amazon. grow bulbs can damage eyes so don't let pets lay by them when the lights are always on, & you should not look at the bulbs themselves. These do not produce heat so if room is really cold may need heat lamp too. https://www.homedepot.com/p/HDX-5-1-2-in-60-Watt-Aluminum-Incandescent-Light-Fixture-with-Clamp-524603/202847397?MERCH=REC-_-PIPHorizontal2_rr-_-202847393-_-202847397-_-N these could work for grow bulbs or heat bulbs just make sure wattage is all compatible between bulbs & fixtures
