How to Grow Potatoes in a Pallet Container.
Hi Susan - I think this can help you: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/edible/vegetables/potato/container-potatoes.htm
Last year my back was out, so I got four large plastic pots and four plastic laundry baskets that has the holes in them to fit the pots. I cut out sections where my hands could fit through....I added enough dirt over and under the potato and watered it. As the potato plant grew, I added more soil until it finally reached the top of the pot. I gave them some fertilizer at first, and once the potato plants were where I thought I could harvest, I pulled out the laundry baskets, got the good potatoes out and put them back for the rest to grow. It worked pretty good....the potatoes were not as large as grown in the garden, but they were good and it was easier on my back....no weed pulling.
