    Two part filler:

    Bondo (autobody filler);

    or

    Qwik Wood.

    Both have discussions on hometalk or youtube.

    cut off both corners, round them off so they look the same then prime & paint them

    You could add wood filler, sand it, and then repaint the entire thing.

    Is the entire corner dropped down or do the cracks only need repair?

    For just the cracks you can use wood filler or bondo, sand and paint. If the entire corner has dropped down, I think you could use a small dremel/hand multi-tool to remove the corner. Then you could make a mold of the other corner, fill with bondo and attach, then paint.

    There's a post on here how to make a mold of an existing part of furniture.

    Spray the area you want to replicate w/ Pam or cover lightly w/ vaseline. Use a hot glue gun to completely cover the area you must replicate doing a layer at a time. Once it is thick and seems sturdy enough, allow to completely cool and carefully peel it off. Mix bondo and fill the mold, cleaning as much excess as you can. Allow that to fully harden, peel off the mold and attach your new corner, paint.

    Use Bondo or a 2 part epoxy wood filler. Then you can shape and mold the corner and paint the dresser.
