How to Mix Epoxy for Countertop Resurfacing
In this video I show you how to add glitter to your epoxy! Epoxy is a durable substance for kitchen countertops and it's important to have it mixed properly for a perfect kitchen countertop makeover!
You want to make sure to mix epoxy according to the manufacturers label. It generally is a 1:1 ratio. Equal parts resin to equal parts hardener. Measure epoxy appropriately and mix with your paint mixer that is attached to your drill bit. Mix for 2 minutes. You want to make sure that the hardener and resin get mingled well together!
It's important to mix epoxy well because if not you will end up with sticky epoxy (countertops that will never dry) OR you will end up with yellow epoxy.
After you have mixed your epoxy for 2 minutes you are ready to pour it on your countertops!
In the video above I also added Valspars glitter additive to my epoxy. You can add glitter if you are wanting a bit of shine to your epoxy. It makes it look a bit more like real stone. :)

Parvin yes! BUT you need the floor epoxy! I'll attach a video for it! You have to have a special compound added to the epoxy so that it is not slippery!
Here is the link with videos on flooring epoxy! :)
