We have about 4 meyer lemon trees in pots, to stimulate them I give Epsom salt. Just sprinkle a little on the soil.

Meyer is not a true lemon, but likely a hybrid of a sweet orange and lemon. is it in ground or container in& out of house? needs full sun & don't over water; maybe it's just saving it energy to produce lots of flowers just leave it awhile to see if buds form. is the new growth nice bright green? just let mother nature do her job give it sometime to get going. the weather this year has been really different. citrus are sun loving drought tolerant trees
