How do I get my tulips and daffodils to bloom?
I’m at wits end. My tulips and daffodils have beautiful green healthy leaves, but not a single flower and none to come. What could have caused this? I amended the soil in spring with good organic soil and mulch. They were fertilized as well. Should I dig up bulbs and discard? Last year similar problem but I did get a few flowers.

So one reason could be if the foliage is removed during the summer. Even though it looks rough after the blooming season, it'd important for it to stay and absorb sunlight energy for next year's blooms. Another thing is that some hybrid tulips do peter out like that and don't last forever.
I was told that you need to separate them every once in a while. Mine were very old and clumped together. They did better when they got moved.
They need bone meal to help replenish the bulbs in order for the flowers to grow the following spring. You may not get them this year, but feed them for next hear and they will bear blossoms for you.
Sometimes they are planted too deep.
When they did flower, did you cut them before the seeded again? Sometimes too much energy is wasted on seeds (new bulbs) that aren't used, and therefore don't replenish the bulb enough for a flower the following year. I try to trim off the flower heads as soon as they are wilted, but keep the leaves out as long as possible to gain more energy for the bulb for next year.
