Courtney gave you a good site but I fear it's in a really bad place and maybe too far gone. Hopefully you know the manufacturer and can get the material
One idea to try to extend the life of the furniture to weave long strips of narrow polypropylene webbing through the damaged areas. A large eyed blunt needle, such as a tapestry, or yarn needle, is needed to get under the tight existing weaves and to pull the replacement webbing through.
This link will give you and idea about what types of webbing are available.

Other sources that sell webbing by the yard/meter off the roll are hardware/marine stores and outdoor sports/climbing shops.
You can order plastic weave to replace the damaged areas.
