What material is it suck on? Goo Gone is one of my favorites but use it with a Q Tip if you can. It’s super oily.
Goo be gone, nail polish remover (but test first), vegetable oil.
I take most of that type of glue off with lighter fluid. Works most of the time. Then it's guess and by golly -nail polish (acetone), and on from there.
