We had to pull up our carpet because of my daughter's allergies. I Am stuck with a very ugly paint splattered concrete floor now. I want to cover it excluding carpeting however, I have next to nothing to do this. Any ideas?

Paint a Concrete Floor With Faux Marble Tiles
Check out our post when we painted our concrete patio. https://karupp-did.net/patio_painted/
I know this is not an outdoor patio but if I was going to paint an interior concrete floor, I would think about using the same type of paint that we used on our outdoor patio. It was amazing paint/stain and would work fine for the interiors as well. Good luck!
You could try the paper bag flooring, try some floating floors like a laminate, stain the concrete, or you could stencil paint it. I did a tile bathroom but the process would be the same. You can see what I did here: https://www.flippingtheflip.com/2019/03/how-to-stencil-paint-ceramic-tile-floor.html
LVP! Here’s great reasons to choose it: https://www.frugalfamilytimes.com/2019/08/luxury-vinyl-plank-pros-and-cons.html?m=1
I have heard of painting the concrete floor and then drawing lines like it is wood flooring. Just a thought. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MYCl81VdBxM
Paint is your cheapest option. Scrub and vacuum first. Use a good quality paint for concrete.
Hi,
Use vinyl tiles or flooring.
