How can I make over laminate kitchen cabinets?
I purchased a mobile home for my daughter and it has these old worn-out laminate kitchen cabinets. They are in rough shape. What can I do today to make them look nice? I can't afford to buy new ones. Help!

Renee....Rough them up a little more with sandpaper, prime then paint. You can purchase paint in primer at Walmart and hardware stores. Good luck

Hi there,
You could paint on and then wipe off a paint that will stick only in the warn parts, or use a shoe polish over them, or cover them with Contact paper or Vinyl wallpaper and trim edges with timber or tape or Paint with ESP (Easy Surface Preparation) and then Paint colour of choice. Best wishes for New Year!
Hi, Renee!
I've successfully primed and painted cabinets in a mobile home, as well. There are also cabinet refinishing kits that can be tinted in a variety of finished available online or Home Depot. I hope this helps!
Rough them up with sand paper and then prime and paint, if you want to go cheap, then contact paper.
Cover with contact paper. You can even get the kind that looks like wood.
