For regular cleaning, I use OrangeGlo. If there is scrubbing to be done, a paste of baking soda and hydrogen peroxide. For greasy build up, a kitchen safe degreaser. I prefer microfiber cloths over paper towels.
Routine cleaning is a damp microfiber cloth. Greasy? A microfiber cloth dipped in Dawn dish detergent and hot water (mix in a dish pan or bucket. Wring it out so it isn't drippy. A soft tooth brush will work on any grooves or trim. Rinse with a clean, damp, microfiber cloth. Buff dry with another. Heavy duty cleaning (like when you move into a new place) use a product like Krudkutter.
Murphy’s Oil Soap.
If you want to clean them to prep for painting, TSP solution.
If the cabinets are really bad, get KrudKutter or Purple Power degreaser. Spray it on wipe it off and rinse with a microfiber cloth.
This might help!

How to Clean Kitchen Cabinets With Vinegar
My favorite way to clean and degrease kitchen cabinets is with a product called Basic H2 by Shaklee. It's biodegradable and nontoxic. It comes in concentrate form and you mix in a spray bottle the strength you need. You can buy it here https://bit.ly/36WVOrj
If it is the outside of the cabinets , I found a great cleaner made by Krud Kutter . Look for their de greaser ! They make a few different formulas , this was recommended to me , when I was getting ready to redo my cabinets , it really worked GREAT !!!
