Do you get eBay there or is there a michaels crafts stores there they will have the large stencil you want .

All good sources. There is a company I sometimes buy from called Wish.com. It takes some time to receive anything from them, but, they are super cheap, and have great customer service. I have purchased a stencil like you are talking about, from them. If you have a size in mind, Etsy often has special sizes you can order. Good luck!
