You could use the peel and stick tile sheets for a backsplash. Would that work for you?

You can buy the fake tiles at Hobby Lobby. Use tin or wood.
You could use peel and stick backsplash tiles
They have lots of peel and stick options!
You can use self spacing tile if you want tile without grout. It’s only for looks.

Hello Dar, have you thought about using a peel & stick backsplash? you can get the materials at home stores, including Walmart, no grout involved.

Use Plexiglass in a colour and drill holes in corners and fix to walls. Could also use stick on tiles or Contact or /steel etc...............
There are lots of peel and stick tiles (not the floor kind but for backsplashes) available online or at your local home improvement store, those don't require grout.
