Hi Gail, I'm not sure what porch paint is but my experience with tile is that you may want to purchase specific tile and tub paint so that it will last. I know Rustoleum makes special paint just for that.
I would stick with the paint that is formulated for tile. It's a big job and you don't want to do it over again due to material issues.
An excellent primer is the most important product. Porch paint is likely not the best choice.
They make specific paint for tile. The surface is too slippery for most paint to stick to. Ask at the paint counter for it.
Porch paint will not hold up. It needs to be epoxy based. Here are some ways other Hometalkers did it

I am not sure if you can use a porch paint but here is a DIY post. https://www.curbly.com/paint-tile-floor
The short answer is, you can’t.
Porch paint is not epoxy paint.
Tile painting systems also have a binding primer.
Preparation is critical.
