My first instinct would be to try a magic eraser and vinegar. After that a paste of baking soda and vinegar left on it for a day or two might help as well.
Step 1: Combine 2 tablespoons of baking soda with 1 teaspoon of hydrogen peroxide in a small bowl. Mix to form a paste. Step 2: Cover the stain with a thick layer of the paste and then cover with plastic wrap. Let sit for 24 hours.

leave some of toothpaste on your counter over night on a small spot to make sure all is gone

Combine baking soda and water to make a thick paste, and apply the paste to the stain. Let the paste sit for 15 to 20 minutes, then rinse it off with water.
Use hydrogen peroxide.
