DIY PVC Pipe Privacy Screen
Hello Bohdanna,
I would buy lengths of drain pipe and enough corner fittings , plus white plastic expanding trellis and white screws. Then I would proceed as follows: Cut lengths of downpipe to suit height required plus 18" (450ml) for putting in to the ground. I would concrete the uprights into the ground using Postfix quick drying concrete mix as instructions. Then when dry 10-15 mins, fit the corners and the middle section to the uprights. Then expand the trellis as required and mark on the uprights where the first screws should be drilled. Drill, screw leaving enough room on the screw to hang the trellis Hope that helps.. Carry on drilling on the uprights to take screws to hold trellis in place until secure. You may prefer to use cup screw hooks if they have long enough screw length. The reason I use screws is because the trellis may need to be removed at some time or replaced and I find it easier to release!
Enjoy your project!

Hi! maybe this will help

I built a trellis from used cedar fence boards. It can be modified as needed. I have planted climbing plants at base. I posted this in projects, but don't know how to retrieve it.
I'd dig holes for the 4x4 support posts. (be sure to call digger's hotline so you don't hit something buried underground!) If you're where it get cold in winter, be sure the holes go below frost line. In NW Wisconsin, that's over 3' deep. Then put the green treated 4x4 post in the hole, add some concrete let harden, then cover with dirt. You may need to temporarily hold the posts straight as the concrete sets. Now you have something you can attach your trellis onto. Some additions you might consider: Boards mounted across the top and bottom of lattice, to give a nice frame to the panels. Either paint, or cover posts with post sleeves before lattice goes on.

I just saw this in an email from Wood Magazine
You can build a frame and set it with a frame at the bottom similar to the capital letter I, the kind with cros bars.
I would add it to planters that roll and you could slide them as you need
I would use vinyl lattice which you can find at Home Depot or Lowes - and if that doesn't give you enough privacy add outdoor curtains over the lattice
Thank you all ... fantastic ideas!! I have now decided to go with a vinyl lattice sheet .... but now onto finding a handyman to frame it for me .... ... Happy Gardening to All .....
