I would use either Simple Green or KrudKutter.
Hello, I tend to use a soapy water Dawn solution for mild weekly cleaning and Murphy’s oil soap for more moderete cleaning jobs. Murphy's oil soap is an excellent all purpose wood cleaner.
For greasy kitchen cabinets -I would suggest Krud Kutter

The Easy Way to Clean Kitchen Cabinets
I cleaned mine with Murphy's Oil Soap. If there is a grease build-up, use some vinegar.
For grease and dirt I use Awesome cleaner from the dollar store. It gets off dirt other cleaners don't touch. You can also use TSP. It works well but is much more expensive than $1.00.
Orange glo is a great product. If greasy build up use a degreaser or a scrub make with baking soda and hydrogen peroxide.
I would use murphys oil
We use a product called Krud Kutter (found on Amazon) it is environmentally friendly and does a great job of cutting the grease,
Murphy’s oil soap follow directions to make a bucket full wash down all cabinets if the grease is bad add 1/4 cup of Ammonia.
Just use a microfiber cloth and water! Ecloth my new favorite - just as good as Norwex except cheaper. Check them out here: https://us.e-cloth.com#5b5769e44b71f
I would use murphy oil and follow directions on the bottle.
