Even though the flower looks like dianthus, it’s a succulent. Not sure exactly which one.

The leaves make it pretty obvious that it's a succulent.
Succulent is just a category of plants, not a particular name.
Below is a picture of a particular succulent, individual name Dianthus.
It has spikier protrusions that your plant, so I would say yours is not a Dianthus.

i'm not sure what it's call but i have one too. i just want to say i thought dianthus was part of the carnation family.

I'm not convinced this is sea lavendar - the flower doesn't match. I'm using the Plant Snap app right now and they don't match. But I can't get a match taking a picture of a picture.
