Hi! Just a guess, but you have bleach spots on your clothes? You can't undo the color that's been removed, but, you have options, depending on the fabric, the location and what you want to wear it for. Sometimes you can dye the fabric. It may not come out the way you want. You can buy a packet of color removal to even it out before dying it. You can faux tie dye it . You can put patches over a spot. I like embroidered patches. You can use the clothing for painting and other messy tasks. Good luck and stay safe!
If you're really attached to the clothes, you could use a blue fabric dye and color the entire garment again. Or you could tie dye them. That's a really big trend (again!) for this spring and summer.
Well the best way to hide something is to make a feature of it! I had an old cotton Tack top I used when I did painting jobs etc. around the garden. In the avent it had large spots and small spots of paint or wood preserver on the mid blue top.
My husband suggested it should be thrown away, but I thought it had more life left in it, so I set to work making it look better using Sharpie pens. I decided to make large circles around the largest spots in different colours and proceeded to colour them in. They looked like balloons, so I added strings and brought them together as a bunch, added a bow and because there were 4 of them, decided to right "HELP" one letter on each balloon, just for fun!! I then circled the small spots with different colours and they now look like bubbles or small balloons in the distance. This has made such a difference, my husband is happy for me to be seen in it now! So, you could do something similar. Maybe outline the white patches and add a letter or word - such as SPLASH or SPLOSH...........Best wishes.

At this point, just add more bleach spots to give it a tie dye look.
