Vickie: If it's a seam, I've had success by gently lifting it with a small, sharp knife and putting on a little Elmer's glue
Will give it a try...thank you.
Get some wallpaper-seam adhesive and apply with a small paintbrush. Here's a link with more wallpaper solutions:

Mix up some wallpaper glue and shoot underneath with a syringe. Elmer's white glue will work also but is harder to remove.
A small painters brush will reach under the wallpaper edge nicely. Hold in place until the glue dries a bit. Most stores like Home Depot carry wallpaper paste. White glue will work as well but takes longer to adhere to the paper and wall. You will have to hold it in place longer to set.
For a larger area I would go with wallpaper paste from a diy store, For a small area like a curling edge or a loose seam I would use Elmer's all purpose glue.
Hello. Reaffixing the loose edges with wallpaper paste and roller or squeegee might be the best solution
You need wallpaper glue.
Hi Vickie,
If paper is coming away from wall in places. Use an artist brush and some Mod podge to fix it. Best wishes.
Hi! Is it loose at the seams? If so, you can add wallpaper paste. You can buy it in a tube that makes application easy. Then I smooth it with a damp sponge. Go gently so that you don't push the glue back out. Good luck and stay safe!
