Hi, are you asking about indoor cut flowers or flowers in your yard?
are you talking about silk plants? if so here is info on how to clean them
Mix one Tablespoon of Epson Salt in a gallon of water. Sprinkle this solution where the plant meets the dirt. This puts enzymes in the soil and plants thrive with it. You can use this on any kind of plant indoors or outdoors. And even in a vegetable garden. Repeat every two weeks. When using this outside, give the plants extra water on top of it. This will help the roots receive the enzymes even quicker. Wishing you well.
Use plant food

if you water them and bring lots of sun .. you should be fine
Water, sun and plant food when needed
