You could use pieces of them as accents on pillows, hang them around a bed as a canopy, I've even seen them used as material for a skirt.

They make a great sleep net over a bed if you have mosquitos. You will need a hoop to open the top and hook it to the roof above the bed.
-Save them for the fall time, when folks are looking for inexpensive fabric for Halloween costumes or porch themed decorating.

scarves, doll clothes, skirts, or a fun one would be a canopy for a girls bed!
Here are a few ideas. You could drape one over a tablecloth for a softer look. You could make a cute canopy over a childs bed. Kind of like a princess canopy.

It's a good choice for the fabric because you can still see the produce once it's inside.

Another idea along the donation line is to give them to a nearby small theatre company or high school/college drama department.
Fabric such as curtain fabric is always needed for set construction, and there usually is no budget for such materials.
I used to make costumes for a theater group and these curtains always came in handy. They're great for Halloween costumes or dress up, too.
