Are you asking if anyone recognizes the cornice as being of a particular antique brand name, similar to some lines of furniture?
If you cannot find any markings on it, I would think that it has been home-made by someone, rather than manufactured by a company.

How to Build a Window Cornice. I have the privilege of being a Lowes Creative Ideas blogger and each month we are issued a project idea challenge.
Is it a manufacturer or a craft project you are looking for? There's several really nice cornices that are here on Hometalk, but, not familiar with this one. Good luck and stay safe!
I’m hoping someone recognizes this particular cornice and remembers the manufacturer. Thanks Cynthia! God bless
Something like that you would have to commission a woodworker to build for you. I have never seen something like that in a store because all windows are different shapes and sizes. Just like blinds...you can find some standard size but a lot of the times you have to order custom with your own dimensions. They do sell foam cornice board kits you can get this look. They are at Joanne Fabrics. You put them together and then cover with fabric. They are light and aren't as heavy on your window. And they definitely would not be able to stand as a shelf. But they do frame a window out nicely. good luck!
can you take it down and see if there is any info on the back or inside it? I believe it is custom made piece just for that window- if you are wanting ones made like that for you then take the photo to someone who does woodworking and I am sure they can make it for you
No but that is really lovely and unique and those mini chairs are too cute!
Hello. Using TIN EYE sends me to a 2014 dated publication at blinds galore site where many cornice options are described in the commentary.
Not sure that helps.
The cornice must predate 2014— likely .....not still in production?

No but that looks easy to build!
I've seen that picture on Pinterest several times. I believe it was part of a recycling wooden fence projects pin.
Hi BP. I love this cornice. It goes very well with the woodwork. I would look at the Amish community. They are very well known for a high dedication to their work. Nothing but excellence comes from them especially in woodworking. Good luck BP. I hope all is well with you.
It looks pretty straight forward I am sure a local handyman could build you one.
I believe that was an upcycle craft. It can be copied, but if memory serves me, I don't believe it came from a store.
Thanks to all for the feedback! DIYers are the best😁
