Hi Patty, it looks like Rhino shield is only installed by certified sellers/dealers. It doesn't seem to be something you can DIY unfortunately.

You may also consider another alternative concrete paint that you can diy. We painted our concrete patio with some amazing concrete paint. It didn't need a primer, nor a sealer. It did need a few coats though but has held up very well:
