Hi Lauren there are multiple options out there to achieve that same look. I purchased plastic panels off of Amazon and used them as my backsplash in my kitchen. I cut them scissors and just glued them up and they look really good. For a ceiling though I would recommend the styrofoam ceiling tiles. I used them a couple of years ago on a VERY ugly ceiling and I still am just stunned with how nice they turned out. You can see that project here on Hometalk:

You can buy wallpaper that looks like tin ceiling. It can be painted. You can also buy plastic tin ceiling panels as well. You can find these items at big box stores like Home Depot and Lowes as well as Amazon. Good Luck in your search! I hope you can find something to fit your budget!

Tin Ceiling on a BUDGET
You could stencil it with a pattern. It won't be textured but have a nice design.
I've seen wallpaper that when you paint it with metallic, it looks like tin ceilings.
I’ve seen old tin panels at my local Restore and salvage company - maybe you can make it authentic!
You can get a faux tin ceiling product at Home Depot. You just tack it down with small nails.
Amazon has styrofoa ceiling tiles that are peel and stick, take a look at them, you can cut and paint them.
There is also wallpaper that looks like tin, that goes up easily and is pretty. Good luck and stay safe!
