If you're keeping the mirrors, you could change the look by using a stencil and etching cream to add a design.
Vanetta: I agree with Ann --- simply find some ivy or design stencils for around the doors! That's the cheapest way to get a new look!

You can replace, paint, cover the mirror with contact paper, or add details with washi tape. You can also add static cling privacy film to the mirrors to give them a mosaic glass look. I used Rabbitgoo brand on my windows and was very pleased with the results.
Hi Vanetta, If you don't want to go to the trouble of removing all of the mirrors, you can easily paint over them. By painting them, if you or a future owner decides they want the mirrors "back", they can wash or scrape off the paint and return the mirrors to their original state.
Hello do you wish to disguise and keep the mirrors or cover them up? There are several films meant for glass as well as spray on frosting in aerosol cans.

Hello Vanetta,
You could use Contact for glass, or Decals or Wallpaper with a trim etc. You could even free hand paint on them with glass paint, Decoupage, Stencil etc. Have fun!

Do you have a picture? Do you just want to get rid of the mirror part?
Hi! Window film can give you a different look that is easy to apply and easy to change. You can also stencil the mirror, add a saying (they have them at the dollar store), or frame it to update the look. Good luck and stay safe!
