One of my son's favorite gifts was a Kleenex box I wrapped up and then I put a Kleenex on the top for him to pull out, but taped to the Kleenex was dollar bill, taped to another dollar bill, etc. for all the years of his birthday. (So, 10 one dollar bills for a 10 year old).
